Angelic Nails (Pty) Ltd makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been cleared.

Weekend orders will be processed on Mondays.

There are no deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

Order will take 1-7 business days to reach you (depending on your location and shipping choice).
Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process the order.

For your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you’re the card owner or that the order and the ship-to information are legitimate.

If your order requires verification you will receive an e-mail within one business day to advise you about the situation.
Some orders might be subject to the interbank delay of up to 3 days for your deposited funds to reflect before the items can enter the shipping process.

Stock Availability:
If an item that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you immediately with alternative options including the possibility of a full refund.

Shipping Charges:
The shipping charge will be added to your total purchase amount and is displayed in your basket.

Courier Delivery (Delivered by The Courier Guy)

Local Areas – R75.00

Areas covered: Gauteng, Vaaltriagle, Potchefstroom, Klerksdorp, Westonaria, Brits, Rustenburg, Hartebeespoort, Randfontein and Carletonville.

Outlying Areas – R120.00

Areas Covered: All areas in South Africa not mentioned in Local Areas.

PostNet to PostNet

R99.00 anywhere in South Africa that offer a PostNet service.

Post Office

Unfortunately we don’t make use of SA Post Office. 

Shipping Procedure by courier:

  • Parcels are shipped with The Courier Guy
  • This option takes 1-7 working days depending on your destination
  • We regret no deliveries to power stations, mines, plots, farms, chain stores, townships and rural areas
  • You will receive a tracking number via email and can track your parcel here: http://www.thecourierguy.co.za/tracking_home.php
  • If you have not made yourself available to accept delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to charge you for additional attempts to deliver the purchased goods
  • A signature is required for all shipments upon receipt and parcels cannot be rerouted. Someone must be at the address to receive the parcel and sign for it
  • A shipping POD with a signature is conclusive proof that the delivery was made

Shipping Procedure with PostNet:

  • Parcels are shipped from PostNet to PostNet
  • This option takes 2-4 working days depending on your destination
  • You will receive a SMS from your local PostNet as soon as your parcel is ready for collection
  • You will have to present PostNet with your ID on collection of your parcel

Shipping Procedure using your own courier:

  • You will be notified by email or WhatsApp when your parcel can be collected. This generally takes 1-2 working days after payment has cleared in our bank account
  • You can then notify your courier to collect from Head Office

Collecting products from Head Office:

  • Products may be ordered online and collected at Head Office
  • You will be notified by email or WhatsApp when your parcel can be collected. This generally takes 1-2 working days after payment has cleared in our bank account
  • Alternatively you can pay with cash, credit card or debit card when collecting your parcel
  • Please bring your invoice reference number as proof and notify us if you will not pick up the parcel in person

International Orders:
Please email orders@angelicnails.co.za to place an international order.

Replacement of damage goods
Angelic Nails (Pty) Ltd will use their discretion whether to refund or replace damaged goods.  Notify Angelic Nails (Pty) Ltd within 48 hours of any damaged goods after delivery.

Cooling off period after purchase

If you have changed your mind and decided that you don’t want the products that you have ordered and paid for anymore then you have to return the unwanted goods within 7 days of purchase. Please notify Angelic Nails (Pty) Ltd immediately of your decision. Due to the increasing threat of fraud Angelic Nails (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to use their discretion in this regard. Products must be in the same condition as received, unopened and unused. Cost of returning unwanted goods will be for your own account and has to be couriered to Head Office. Products need to be packed securely so that it doesn’t get damaged during transport. The refund will be processed once the products have been assessed and evaluated.
